Our project aims to identify the roles, responsibilities, skills, and requirements by the laboratory directorates to fulfill their mandate including planning, mobilizing funding, engaging the private sector and coordinating system strengthening interventions aimed at increasing the uptake and scale up of innovative quality diagnostics for HIV, TB, and nationally relevant priority diseases to ensure equitable access.
