ASLM, with support from the Gates Foundation, leads the Laboratory Systems Strengthening Community of Practice (LabCoP). LabCoP aims to strengthen laboratory systems and accelerate the scale-up of HIV viral load testing and other services to improve patient outcomes through knowledge exchange between country teams and global experts. An endline evaluation was undertaken to assess progress and guide future phases. It used mixed-methods including document review, secondary data analysis, three online surveys, and key informant interviews.
