Working closely with Ministries of Health, national laboratory networks, implementing partners, manufacturers, and community stakeholders, the Technical Director will ensure that project activities are technically sound, policy-relevant, aligned with country priorities, and positioned for national and regional scale.

- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-country technical programs
- Strong relationships with global and regional health institutions
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Ability to translate evidence into actionable policy and practice
- Ability to speak French in addition to English is an added advantage
