On 31 March 2022, ASLM’s LabCoP convened an ECHO session on supporting the implementation of diagnostics and laboratory systems investments for COVID-19 in the African region. With funding from The Global Fund and through their Stellar Project, and in collaboration with Africa CDC, ASLM, Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), and Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) will strengthen COVID-19 diagnostics and laboratory systems across selected countries. In this session, presenters discuss strategic implementation approaches, roles, and scope of work for ASLM, APHL and CHAI, and expected project outcomes.
