RFQ to Support Africa CDC’s Effort to strengthen Monkeypox Virus (MPXV) testing in African Union Member States

Note:
In this BMGF-funded project, the introduction of MPXV RT-PCR test as one of the testing services provided by already established national or subnational molecular laboratories for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 is required. MPXV RT-PCR test kits should be delivered efficiently to ensure uninterrupted in-country availability of quality-assured MPXV testing. This project activity will focus on the effective use of existing SARS-CoV-2 laboratory infrastructure and human resources for the purpose of MPXV testing to better inform public health action for the control and prevention of MPXV in Africa.
