Background

The African Society for Laboratory Medicine (ASLM) is currently implementing an organizational ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) aimed at strengthening operational effectiveness, governance, and service delivery. ASLM is in the process of preparing for ISO 9001:2015 certification as part of its strategic commitment to quality, efficiency, and continual improvement.

ASLM now invites qualified QMS Certification Bodies to provide third-party ISO 9001:2015 certification services, including Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance audits, and issuance of certificates upon successful compliance.

Objectives

The primary objective of this engagement is to obtain independent, credible, recognized ISO 9001:2015 certification from an accredited body for the ASLM Quality Management System covering all identified functions, processes, and locations.
