This service, independently managed by Deloitte, ensures the confidentiality of those reporting fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

  •  An individual can contact the Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous Hotline through a toll-free telephone number, email, or the dedicated website.
  • Trained operators, proficient in English and all 11 official South African languages, respond to calls 24/7, conducting interviews to gather specific information.
  • The information collected is then analyzed and forwarded to designated senior officials at ASLM, who will determine the appropriate corrective actions.
  • The reporting system guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblower, with no disclosure of identity or gender, unless the individual chooses otherwise.
