In this second session in a series delivered by USAID and GHSC-PSM to ASLM’s Laboratory System Strengthening community of practice, we shared PEPFAR’s experience in establishing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under all-inclusive service-level agreements. The session also offered practical insights on how to define KPI management process and its use in the management of suppliers’ and instruments’ performance drawing from Zambia’s experience.
