The African Society for Laboratory Medicine is seeking consultancy services to hire regional experts for to form a Technical Working Group for the development of a Regional Guideline and training toolkit on the management and disposal of laboratory waste per the TOR.

ASLM places great importance and focus on providing unparalleled services to its customer in an efficient and effective manner. Moving towards that direction demands a more deliberate and structured way and we believe that attainment of 1SO 9001:2015 will provide an impetus to operational and programmatic excellence. That said, ASLM is desirous of engaging a consultant who will systematically guide towards ISO 9001:2015 Certification process in the next 2 years. Cognizant of the fact that ISO accreditation is a process which needs concerted efforts and an early start, the Consultant would need to conduct a Readiness Index and propose a roadmap towards the attainment of ISO certification.
