ASLM through its Science Office works across programs to generate and promote utilization of scientific evidence for strengthening laboratory medicine in Africa.

Key to this mandate is training and capacity building of agile workforce both within ASLM and laboratory professionals across Africa in the areas of implementation science and operational research.
